I recently had a dental emergency with a terrible toothache and needed urgent care. Despite being fully booked, Dr Esther Dry and her amazing team went out of their way to accommodate me. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made a big difference during such a stressful time.

Dr Dry was exceptionally professional, explaining every step of the process clearly before extracting my broken tooth. Her attention to detail and dedication to doing things properly showed that she truly is a perfectionist in her field. I also appreciate her conservative approach when it comes to medication—only prescribing what is necessary and never overdoing it.

A special word of thanks to Rudene, who kindly followed up with me after the procedure to check how I was doing. That kind of care and thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated.
